NightAuditorsmusthaveadetailorientatedworkstyle,andapositivepersonalitywithadesiretodeliveroutstandingcustomerservicetoourguests.

Responsibilitiesinclude,butarenotlimitedto:

- Check-in’s,check-out’sandhandlingallguestregistrations
- Makingandmodifyingreservations
- HotelOperatorandconciergerelatedduties
- Collectpayments,postingchargestoguestaccounts,cashanddebittransactions,directbilling,maintainingafloat,cashingoutatendofshift,
- Knowledgeofhotelpropertyandsurroundingarea
- Respondtoguestcomplaints,requestsandemergenciesandactasnecessary.
- Serveastheeveningstewardofthepropertybymonitoringsecuritycameras,hallways,andentrancewaystohelpensureguestsafetyandpropertysecurity.
- Assistwithset-upofcontinentalbreakfastand/orbeveragestations,ifapplicable.
- Responsibleforrunningtheauditandpreparingnecessaryfinancialreports
- Preparenecessarypaperworkfornextbusinessday.

QualificationsandExperience:

- PreviousworkingexperiencewithOperacomputersystempreferred
- Degree/DiplomainHospitalityManagement,MarketingSalesorarelateddisciplineisastrongasset




- MusthaveOperaoperatingsystemknowledge
- Previousexperienceinacustomerserviceposition
- Abilitytoworkwithminimalsupervision
- Exceptionalcomputerskills
- Strongcommunicationskillsbetweenguests,managementandco-workers
- Mustbeabletoworkweekdays,weekendsandholidays.
- Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills
- Provenabilityinmulti-tasking,organization,workingunderpressure,meetingtightdeadlines,workinginfastpacedenvironmentwithstrongattentiontodetails
- Exceptionalconflictresolutionskillsinordertoeffectivelydealwithinternalandexternalcustomers.
