This Event Security Guard position involves engaging actively with festival-goers while ensuring their safety during this 8-day event. Responsibilities include conducting bag checks and maintaining constant communication while working in all weather conditions, standing for extended hours, and effectively managing security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor access points and conduct searches diligently
• Stand or sit at assigned posts for up to 12 hours
• Undertake foot patrols with a commitment to safety




• Investigate incidents and assist during emergencies
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
Requirements:
• At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant security experience
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License is essential
• Required First Aid, CPR, and AED certification
• Willingness to work long shifts in diverse conditions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
