In this role, you will engage with clients to promote a clean home through light housekeeping and meal preparations as described in their individualized care plans. You will be responsible for monitoring safety concerns, documenting changes in clients' conditions, and working with proper safety protocols. Your strong organizational skills will enhance how you support households throughout the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation tasks
• Support clients in household management




• Document emotional and physical condition changes
• Report any safety issues within the home
• Establish emergency communication when needed
Requirements:
• Must possess a Valid Ontario Driver's License
• Explicit Criminal Record Check required
• Proof of TB test needed
• Strong English communication skills essential
• Capability to lift up to 35 lbs safely
