Key Responsibilities:
• Act as trusted advisor for workforce and organizational needs
• Manage employee relations with an emphasis on fairness
• Lead the people side of organizational changes




• Support performance management and team engagement
• Advocate for Indigenous employment integration in practices
Requirements:
• 7-10 years in a Senior HR capacity with complex casework
• Understanding of employment laws and policies
• Experience partnering with organizational leaders
• Robust communication and coaching skills
• Availability for travel to operational sites
