Additionally, the role requires you to be organized, computer-savvy, and to maintain an upbeat attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exemplary service to customers in need of parts
• Achieve 100% satisfaction and build strong client relationships
• Sell and identify parts accurately based on customer requests




• Source and price parts from OEMs or alternative vendors
• Be available for on-call duties after hours, on rotation
Requirements:
• 2+ years of parts or service technician experience
• Proficient in Microsoft programs and applications
• Strong written communication skills
• Organized and able to handle deadlines efficiently
• Heavy Duty Truck & Trailer or Diesel Engine parts experience preferred
