Candidates must have a degree in Horticulture Therapy or equivalent and completed the necessary internship hours. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver hands-on horticultural activities for residents • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for tailored care • Encourage participation in recreation programs • Build supportive relationships with residents and families • Implement resident-centered care plans
Requirements: • Degree in Horticulture Therapy or related field • 480 hours internship completed • Membership in Canadian Horticulture Therapy Association is an asset • Previous experience with elderly populations preferred • Strong understanding of care methods and legislation
