The position at Fisherman’s Market International Inc. requires a motivated individual to drive a 5-ton delivery truck and facilitate crucial deliveries. This full-time role offers the chance to support the inside team by preparing shipments and ensuring the truck is always protected and operational. You'll be a vital part of our seafood logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect the truck each morning before deliveries
• Ensure safe deliveries to various designated locations
• Support packing and shipment preparations
• Maintain a clean delivery vehicle
• Safely load and unload products from the truck
Requirements:
• Clean driving record with a Class 5 license
• Strong focus on detail and organization
• Knowledge of local Halifax routes
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Experience in local delivery is advantageous
