You will work closely with local and international colleagues in an workplace characterized by trust, responsibility and clear structures, while supporting sustainable portfolio growth in the Nordics.ResponsibilitiesIndependently underwrite complex, high-value Industrial Corporate Property and Business Interruption risks,



including multinational accounts, with full ownership of underwriting decisionsManage the portfolio at all levels – underwriting, negotiations, policy issuance, booking and supporting elements around the portfolioStructure, negotiate and manage international programs and tailor‑made coverage solutions in line with risk appetite and profitability targetsConduct in‑depth risk analysis, pricing and exposure assessments, ensuring technically sound and commercially viable underwriting decisionsCollaborate with Risk Engineering, Claims and Reinsurance to develop holistic underwriting strategies and effective risk
