Every US customer sales contract and every worldwide supplier purchase contract runs through this desk. This is not a support role — it is an ownership role.



The person in this role runs the contracting process end to end, protects our 15% gross profit margin through disciplined cost-sheet management, and serves as the skilled face of the company to both customers and suppliers. We are targeting USD $50M in revenue in FY2027, and this role is central to getting theCore ResponsibilitiesonsOwn the end-to-end sales order process — from confirmed order to executed contract — for all US customers and worldwide suppliersEnsure every Customer Sales Contract is matched to a Supplier Purchase Contract; nothing unsigned, unmatched, or out of dateMaintain the Sales Orders Dashboard as the live, accurate view of all open contracts at all tiCost Sheets & ContractingBuild and verify a cost sheet for every order before the contract is issued; protect the 15% GPM targetIssue, execute, and file every contract to standard — parties, product, specification, quantity, price, Incoterms, and
