Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience and a solid foundation in leading crews. - Manage and direct the drilling crew on site.
- Conduct safe mobilization and rig tear-down.
- Assess drilling and equipment performance regularly.
- Implement safety plans and respond to emergencies.
- Drive accountability for crew output on rig.Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with HDD rigs (Vermeer preferred).
- Established leadership skills in field operations.
- Physical fitness for outdoor work.
