This role ensures projects meet defined business objectives by managing scope, cost, schedule, risk, change, and stakeholder expectations. The position requires strong technical grounding in electrical (preferred) or mechanical disciplines and the ability to lead projects within an operating industrial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver projects to approved scope and ensure alignment with business objectivesManage cost, schedule, risk, and change throughout the project lifecycleMonitor and report project performance indicators to meet governance requirementsEnsure all work complies with applicable standards, specifications, and internal proceduresImplement and maintain a stakeholder engagement planBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersProvide technical support to project participants and decision makersCollaborate with engineering, operations,



maintenance, and support teams to define and deliver project requirementsSupport sourcing and selection of vendors/consultantsManage contractor performance and ensure deliverables meet expectationsResolve project delivery issues in a timely and effective mannerIdentify and implement improvements to project delivery processes, tools, and methodsSupport lessons learned and project closeout activitiesQualifications & ExperienceElectrical discipline preferred; Mechanical discipline acceptedExtensive experience delivering capital or closure projects in industrial environmentsProven ability to manage scope, cost, schedule, risk, and changeStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExperience managing contractors, vendors, and consultantsAbility to work independently in a fast paced operating environmentMust reside in Kitimat, BC for the duration of the assignmentPreferred: Experience in heavy industrial, utilities, mining, or large-scale infrastructureFamiliarity with owner side project governance and reporting requirements#J-18808-Ljbffr
