We value a culture of Purposeful, Authentic, Tenacious and Humble.OpportunityWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Development Associate and Executive Assistant to join our team in a dual‑function role supporting both Business Development and Executive Operations.Primary Responsibilities (~50%)Coordinate business development activities across B2B advisor pursuits, B2C initiatives, Prime Quadrant Partners, regional offices, and other strategic opportunities.Maintain and update the shared business development calendar, pipeline activity and CRM records within HubSpot.Prepare meeting briefings, research summaries and background materials for prospective advisors, partners and stakeholders.Track action items, coordinate follow‑ups and support ongoing relationship‑management activities.Assist in the preparation of presentations, one‑pagers, pitch materials and business development collateral.Conduct company, contact and market research to support outreach and strategic initiatives.Prepare monthly business development activities and pipeline reporting.Coordinate internal meetings, agendas and communications to support collaboration across teams and regional offices.Support operational activities including onboarding coordination, advisor education sessions,



communications and event logistics.Strategic Executive Support (~50%)Manage the Senior Leader’s calendar, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and expense administration.Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, meeting requests and scheduling requirements.Prepare reports, presentations, agendas and meeting materials in support of strategic initiatives and stakeholder meetings.Track action items, deadlines and deliverables to support effective execution across multiple priorities.Coordinate cross‑functional projects by gathering inputs, maintaining timelines and ensuring follow‑through among stakeholders.Draft and edit professional correspondence, stakeholder updates, LinkedIn posts and other written communications.Support meeting preparation and follow‑up activities to ensure timely completion of outstanding items.Key AttributesStrong organizational and project coordination skills, managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.High degree of professionalism, discretion,



accuracy and attention to detail.Demonstrated initiative and ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact professionally across internal and external stakeholders.Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.Comfortable working with technology platforms and leveraging AI productivity tools.Strong process orientation with an emphasis on accurate records, follow‑ups and reporting.Interest in wealth management, philanthropy and relationship‑driven business environments.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, communications or another writing‑intensive discipline.Minimum two years of experience in business development, executive support, consulting, financial services or another fast‑paced professional setting.Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or clients within a skilled services environment is an asset.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams.Experience working with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is an asset.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.CompensationBase salary range $70,000 – $75,000 CAD per annum.Performance‑based bonus structure.Career advancement opportunities through demonstrated performance.Comprehensive health benefits.Retirement plan.Parental leave top‑up.Up to $1,000 per annum for continuing education expense reimbursement.Wellness allowance up to $600 per annum.Three weeks vacation per annum.Personal days and a volunteering day.#J-18808-Ljbffr
