The claims are of high-complexity, and the successful candidate will have a dynamic personality and the ability to thrive in a high-performance environment. The Commercial Auto Physical Damage Claims Adjuster will ensure claims are thoroughly investigated, fairly evaluated, and promptly resolved in accordance with the company guidelines and industry best practices.Leads complex investigations, handles difficult negotiations,



settles and resolves disputed claimsEffectively communicate with stakeholders to gather information and resolve claims efficientlyManage claims in litigation, participate in mediations, pre-trials and settlement conferencesDirect vendor partners as necessary to ensure timely delivery of servicesMay participate in special projects and presentationsPlease note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation.
