Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation
• Welcome current employees and answer their questions
• Schedule meetings and coordinate HR communications
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HR system
• Assist with processing incoming HR correspondence
Requirements:
• Living in Toronto, Ontario, Canada
• Detail-oriented with a service focus
• Experience in HR tasks preferred
• Motivated and solutions-driven mindset
• Able to work three days a week
