Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in supporting various outdoor and maintenance projects. This role involves hands‑on work in landscape maintenance, gardening, and general site upkeep. The ideal candidate will have a solid work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment.This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in horticulture, irrigation, and landscape care while contributing to the beautification and maintenance of our properties.ResponsibilitiesAssist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning.Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruning shears to support gardening activities.Use power tools for tasks such as edging, trimming,
and installation work.Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.Perform general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a tidy work environment.Follow safety protocols during all tasks to prevent accidents or injuries.Dump runs must wear reflective gear provided by employer.Experience and QualificationsPrior experience with horticulture or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and gardening equipment is a plus.Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions is beneficial.Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods are essential.Willingness to learn recent skills related to landscape care and site maintenance.Must be able to lift over 30 pounds.Job TypesFull-time, Part-time, Permanent.Pay$16.00-19.00 per hour.BenefitsCasual dress.Flexible schedule.Work LocationOn the road.#J-18808-Ljbffr
