Job Title:Director of Project Delivery OfficeJob ID:85233Location:Calgary, AlbertaWhat you will be doing:PDO Strategy & Build-out: Develop and execute a comprehensive build-out plan, including an execution roadmap with measurable ROI for all initiatives.Governance & Standards: Define and implement project delivery methodologies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality management systems (QMS).Portfolio Management: Oversee centralized tracking of project metrics, manage the Capital Management Plan (CMP) stage-gate process, and provide enterprise visibility into project health and risk.Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor a team of 5–6 direct reports, collaborate with Executive and Senior Leadership (ELT/SLT), and foster a project-based culture focused on continuous improvement.Resource & Risk Management: Provide frameworks for effective resource planning and implement structured risk management to reduce contract claims.What you must have:Education:



Relevant degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience: 10+ years of leadership experience, including large transformation initiatives and optimizing project delivery processes in an engineering or construction environment.Designation: Recognized professional designation relevant to ISL’s business.Skills: Proficiency in structured change management, strategic thinking, and the ability to align complex systems with long-term business priorities.Salary/Rate Range:$175,000 – $195,000Thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
