Sienna is seeking a compassionate individual for the Casual Resident Engagement Assistant role. You’ll track engagement data, support leisure profiles for new residents, and ensure compliance with infection control protocols. Your work will enhance the daily lives of seniors and contribute to a culture of happiness and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track engagement data as per guidelines
• Support recent resident leisure profiles within 14 days
• Assist in monthly event calendar completion




• Ensure adherence to IPAC and safety protocols
• Order and maintain supplies as needed
Requirements:
• Degree in Gerontology, Kinesiology, or related field
• Experience working with seniors and leisure principles
• Certified to teach fitness to seniors or willing to obtain
• Current certificate in CPR and First Aid
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
