As Supervisor of Contract Administration, you'll report to the Manager of Civil Design. The position entails managing the full lifecycle of capital construction projects and providing essential guidance to staff. Your leadership will ensure seamless project execution and adherence to budget and compliance frameworks within the municipality.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide leadership and training to project teams • Plan and monitor Capital Construction Program execution • Review and oversee tendered construction projects • Manage external consultant contract administration • Coordinate with regulatory and municipal stakeholders

Requirements: • Post-secondary diploma in a relevant discipline • At least 3 years of experience in asset and project management • OACETT certification as a Civil Engineering Technologist • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD • Valid Ontario Driver’s License Class “G” necessary
