Key Responsibilities:
• Transport guest luggage to/from guest rooms
• Escort guests, providing hotel information
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby areas and carts
• Assist in emergency situations as needed
Requirements:
• Previous hospitality experience preferred
• High school diploma required
• Valid Driver's license with positive record
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Physical stamina for active tasks required
