XML International is seeking an organized HR/administrative coordinator to manage work permit sponsorship processes. You will coordinate with our immigration law firm, track deadlines, and maintain sponsorship paperwork while supporting onboarding and general HR tasks.
Based in Ontario, you will work Toronto-area hours in a part time capacity, with openness to candidates elsewhere in Ontario. Immediate start is preferred. Knowledge of Canadian immigration is a plus.
