Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager proficient in Vintage and Designer clothing to lead our store operations and drive business growth. This role involves overseeing daily store activities, managing staff, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for customers. Bilingual skills and experience in merchandising, sales management, and marketing are highly valued to effectively engage with diverse customer bases and optimize store performance.DutiesLead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to achieve sales goalsOversee daily store operations, including cash handling, cashiering, and POS transactionsManage merchandising strategies to ensure attractive product displays and optimal inventory levelsImplement pricing strategies and oversee purchasing to maximize profitabilityDevelop and execute marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic and salesMonitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for upper managementEnsure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining high satisfaction levelsConduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to build a strong teamManage payroll, budgeting, bookkeeping,
