Software version descriptions, etc.)Software issues identification and rectification activitiesLiaison Liaison between GDLS-C, Canada and other government agencies on issues, failure analysis, maintenance and solution development & implementationBuild and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customersTracking & scheduling of software updates activities,
