In this role you will support day to day TA process requirements, manage interview scheduling, offer administration, onboarding of current starters, and everything in between. If you have a passion for delivering world class candidate experiences, fostering collaboration, and driving results, then this role could be an excellent fit for you.Your Responsibilities:Support recruiters and stakeholders to provide an exceptional candidate experience by delivering a seamless recruitment processBuild trusted relationships with recruiters, hiring managers and candidatesManage all aspects of high-volume interview scheduling across the team and be proficient in balancing multiple requests and prioritiesProcess new starters through our Applicant Tracking System, Workday, and manage all new starter communications up to their first dayProvide and maintain necessary, timely,



and accurate data to ensure seamless processes and experiencesManage a high volume of inquiries in team’s shared mailboxProvide accurate, complete and timely responses on a variety of inquiries to Applicants, Suppliers, Hiring Managers, and other StakeholdersProcess and monitor background checks for all new hiresBasic Qualifications:At least 2 years’ experience in operations, coordination and/or logistics supportAt least 1 year of Administrative experienceAt least 1 year of Process Management experienceAt least 1 year of experience in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slide, Google Forms)Preferred Qualifications:Bachelors DegreeBackground in Human Resources or RecruitmentProject Management experienceWorking at Capital One.Enjoy a hybrid work environment, with 3 days in the office.
