Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients on assessing accounting needs
• Design strategic growth and development plans
• Facilitate external financing and chart of accounts setup
• Deliver hands-on training for audit preparation
• Prepare and revise finance policies as necessary
Requirements:
• A degree or diploma in Business Administration or Accounting
• Preferred CPA designation
• Minimum 3 years of relevant skilled experience
• Strong understanding of finance principles
• Experience with Indigenous communities is beneficial
