This role requires a detail‑oriented problem‑solver with robust finance operations knowledge and hands‑on technology skills. The ideal candidate is eager to work with emerging technologies, including AI/ML, to streamline processes, support cost reduction, and deliver measurable business value while working closely with senior team members to execute the team’s vision.Key ResponsibilitiesTransformation SupportSupport finance technology transformation initiatives that align with organizational strategic goalsPartner with the Controllership Operations team to identify opportunities for technology‑enabled process improvementsAssist with change management efforts to support smooth adoption of new technologies and processesHelp track progress against the technology roadmap for the Controllership and broader Finance organizationTechnology ImplementationResearch and evaluate emerging technologies including Agents, AI/ML, automation tools, and advanced analytics platformsSupport the delivery of technology projects that improve efficiency, compliance, accuracy, and operational insightsParticipate in innovation programs that encourage experimentation and adoption of emerging technologiesPrepare analysis and recommendations for finance leadership on technology and process enhancement opportunitiesCollaboration & DevelopmentWork alongside team members on project workstreams, contributing analysis and execution supportContribute to a collaborative culture that encourages innovation, continuous improvement,



and professional growthCoordinate effectively across stakeholder groups and competing prioritiesContinue developing capabilities in emerging technologies and modern solutioning practicesProcess Improvement & ComplianceHelp design and implement finance process improvements that reduce manual effort and increase operational effectivenessSupport technology solutions in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and internal control requirementsAssist in maintaining frameworks for internal controls and global policy complianceSupport Internal Audit, SOX, and compliance teams with audit readiness activitiesStakeholder EngagementCommunicate technology solutions and project updates to stakeholders across Finance and ITTranslate technical concepts into clear, accessible summaries for non‑technical audiencesSupport customer demonstrations and internal presentations showcasing innovative solutionsBuild strong working relationships across Finance, IT, and OperationsExperienceRequired Qualifications6+ years of experience in finance operations, technology delivery, or related fieldsExperience supporting or contributing to technology projects or initiativesDemonstrated ability to deliver assigned work on time and to a high standardExperience working in global organizations with distributed teams across multiple regions is a plusFamiliarity with prototyping AI solutions, testing machine learning models, and wrangling small/medium‑sized datasetsExposure to Salesforce (Agents, Tableau, Slack, Einstein, Data Cloud, etc.) preferredExposure to Snowflake preferredTechnical ExpertiseSolid understanding of finance processes, accounting principles, and financial reporting requirementsWorking knowledge of AI/ML technologies and interest in applying them to business problemsWorking knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau or similar), Python,
