Champlain Rehab Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess and provide consultation and interventions to clients in their homes, promoting independence through evidence-based practice. You will coordinate care with the client care team and problem-solve with clients to improve outcomes.
The role requires OT licensure in Ontario, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently. Occasional weekend on-call and a supportive, growth-focused setting are offered.
