• Manage and secure inventory and supplies
• Deliver outstanding customer service to students in programs
• Conduct equipment maintenance and repairs as necessary
• Facilitate technical assistance and training for users
• Help procure and manage essential equipment
Requirements:
• Diploma in Multimedia or related field required
• Up to three years' experience in client services
• Practical background in photography or film preferred
• Proficiency in computer systems
• Solid problem-solving and conflict management skills
