360°kids is on the lookout for compassionate individuals to join their team as part time Youth Workers during weekends. You will work with at-risk youth, providing tailored support and counseling based on their unique situations. With an emphasis on helping youth navigate challenges and build life skills, you will directly contribute to their journey toward stability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and create individualized support plans
• Lead and support life skills sessions for youth
• Utilize a trauma-informed approach in counseling
• Manage and document crisis situations effectively
• Facilitate access to community resources and housing support
Requirements:
• CYW Diploma/Degree or related education
• Experience with high-risk youth is crucial
• Commitment to TCI training if not already certified
• Valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle
• Strong interpersonal and ethical decision-making skills
