Tim Hortons in Shawinigan, Quebec is looking for an experienced Shift Manager to join their team. This is a permanent position based at 1600 rue Trudel, Shawinigan, QC.

Salary: $17.10/hour, 80 hours bi-weekly

Responsibilities

- Supervise team members during assigned shifts to ensure effective and high-quality service
- Coordinate staff tasks and breaks to maintain smooth restaurant operations
- Monitor food preparation and presentation to uphold Tim Hortons quality standards
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Support training and development of new team members
- Manage opening and closing procedures as required
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times

Requirements

- Secondary (high)



school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant supervisory or food service experience
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate a team
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, days, and weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Schedule

Early morning, morning, day, evening, weekend shifts available.

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience; 1 year to less than 2 years of supervisory or food service experience
