We want someone who obsesses over the details of animation, pacing, and motion to create moments of surprise, delight, and emotional connection.You developscalable, maintainable front-end codewithout over-engineering, making room for flexibility in components or applications to grow and pivot if needed.You prioritizeperformance, usability, and accessibility, balancing innovation and usability while maintaining clarity and accessibility.You findroot causesrather than patch fixes when debugging and resolving issues in code, and support colleagues in troubleshooting and problem-solving.You are aproactive communicator : in stand-ups you flag risks and blockers to relevant stakeholders and align direction with business requirements and navigate stakeholder conversations.You hold yourselfaccountable : own engineering projects, driving them from inception to completion with minimal guidance.You are a “ code gardener ”: you address tech debt where you can, refactor to improve developer quality of life, and contribute to the evolution of front-end architecture and development processes.You arecurious and build rapport : collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to align on solutions and drive consensus.You areorganized : you help scope tasks, documenting technical decisions in tickets and centralized notes to maintain a single source of truth.You areexperienced in estimating how a feature will take : understanding existing architecture, and estimating effort with accuracy.You are aself-starter :

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Deep understanding ofmotion design as part of interaction design, using animation to guide, inform, and delight users.Portfoliodemonstrating immersive interactive experiences, microsites, brand storytelling websites, or motion-rich interfaces.Skilled in translating brand stories into interactive experiences that surprise and delight.Thrives in conceptual, experimental environments: comfortable working in gray areas between design, storytelling, and technology.Keen eye for timing, easing, and visual rhythm: obsessed with how things feel as much as how they look.Experience using frameworks likeGSAPandThreeJS(or similar),
and understanding how animation supports UX and brand.Experience with micro-interaction implementation, including working with Lottie.Experience withcontent management systemssuch as ContentStack, Adobe Experience Manager, Payload, or Wordpress.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job does not have supervisory responsibilities.Location/Work HoursThis role is 100% remote.The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
