We seek employees who align with our core values, which are: open to growth, live our purpose, cultivate teamwork, demonstrate extraordinary effort and act with integrity.The Position:This is a full-time permanent position based out of our St. Albert Respite Centre ( #203, 7 St Anne St, St. Albert, AB T8N 2X4 ) and will report to the Program Supervisor.The Team Lead (TL) will be reporting to the assigned Program Supervisor. The TL provides leadership and support to Community Specialists (CS) and participants for assigned programs. This role will ensure program planning and implementation focuses on participant goals and meeting assigned outcomes. The conscientious TL will act with integrity, be open to growth, live our purpose, cultivate teamwork, and put forth an extraordinary effort to empower people with disabilities and their families to grow, succeed, and belong.Informs, supports, trains, mentors, leads, and oversees direct care frontline employeesPlans programming, ensuring meaningful days and purposeful supportFosters genuine relationships promoting dignity, personal interests, and identitiesEmpowers people with diverse abilities to create meaningful days and achieve their goalsIdentifies and solves problems,
