Trackunit is a fast‑growing company and a leading supplier of IoT solutions, operating out of many offices worldwide. Trackunit specializes in digital solutions that connect machines, people, and systems in the global construction industry. The construction industry is the least digitalised industry of all. This lack of digitalisation has left construction far behind a global economy on the rise and placed the industry among the least productive industries too. We’re looking for a highly organised, people‑oriented Junior Office & IT Coordinator to keep our London, Ontario office running smoothly. This in‑person role combines day‑to‑day office and facilities management with front‑line IT support. You’ll be the first point of contact for anyone walking through the door, receiving a delivery, or submitting a help desk ticket — and you’ll coordinate the right people and resources to get things resolved. You won’t be expected to fix a leaky tap or rebuild a laptop yourself. Instead, you’ll manage contractors, triage IT requests, and handle basic tickets using established runbooks. The office supports approximately 30 onsite staff across two floors. What’s in it for you?A place in an agile growth SaaS business, with possibilities to grow internally in the company. We do offer you a flexible set‑up and believe that you best can structure how your routines look like. And once you have chosen how you work best, let us know what you need: we got you covered with the IT equipment you need for your work.Turning the Tide.
