and commitment to change initiatives.Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.Identify resistance and develop mitigation plans through targeted communications and training.Analysis & Problem SolvingBreak down complex business problems and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.Identify emerging issues and trends to support informed decision-making.Exercise sound judgment to diagnose and resolve non-routine issues within established guidelines.Communication & EnablementDevelop and execute change communications plans, including audience analysis, key messaging, channel selection, and timing.Provide guidance to business partners on change implementation strategies tailored to the complexity of the change workplace.Qualifications1–2 years of relevant experience in change managementAbility to lead meetings and facilitate discussionsExperience using Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of business analysis and project delivery practices across the project lifecycleExposure to or knowledge of risk management conceptsPrior experience within a financial institution (Top 5
