As a Heavy Duty Cleaner, you'll maintain our property’s standards with attention to detail. Working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, you’ll perform essential tasks such as restroom cleaning, waste disposal, and overall property upkeep. Your responsibilities also include inventory management of cleaning supplies and reporting any safety hazards or necessary repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and service restrooms and common areas
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors and stairways
• Gather and dispose of rubbish efficiently
• Dust furniture, blinds, and fixtures thoroughly
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and parking lots
Requirements:
• Knowledge of janitorial tools and practices
• Ability to lift 50 lbs as needed
