Solid communication skills, tenacity, and intellectual curiosity are essential for success in this role.ResponsibilitiesCorrespond with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companiesDraft pleadings, motions, mediation briefs, and other legal documentsConduct legal research and review and summarize medical recordsAttend case conferences, Examinations for Discovery, mediations, motions, hearings,
