and plumbing fixturesInspect and test plumbing systems to identify leaks, blockages, and other issuesTroubleshoot and repair malfunctioning plumbing components and equipmentPerform preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevityRespond to emergency plumbing service calls and provide timely repairsEnsure work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety standardsMaintain accurate records of work completed and materials usedWhat Do You Bring?Journeyman Plumber or 4th year ApprenticeExperience with residential plumbing service calls, water treatment, trouble shooting and water heaters (tanks, tankless' s and boilers). Hydronic/boiler experience is an assetDrains experienceAbility to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematicsFamiliarity with HVAC systems and plumbing integrationStrong mechanical and troubleshooting skillsBasic welding and carpentry experience is considered an assetAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety standardsBasic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimatesPhysical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments and weather conditionsProven experience in diagnosing and servicing residential unitsA thorough understanding of provincial plumbing code and standardsAn accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitudeA valid driver’s license with a suitable driving abstract#MT1#J-18808-Ljbffr
