ResponsibilitiesAs a Service Technician, your responsibilities include:Provide positive consumer interaction at the highest level.Act as the last point of contact on site, responsible for remedy with support from resources such as RSM and Customer Care.Provide feedback to the RSM and inform fellow Service Technicians on findings after attending site to resolve appliance challenges.Coordinate training requirements and technical communication for the field to the RSM and Technical Services based on observations and remedies.Maintain relationships with 3rd parties and support as required from a technical perspective.Daily interaction with colleagues, dispatcher, customer care and office regarding consumer service challenges.Be available on short notice during the business day to support as required.Have a solid technical understanding of computers to navigate all of Miele’s systems (TSD, ETD, Mobile Client, etc.).Maintain high efficiency and effectiveness in required processes.Support regional business when the RSM is absent, maintain order,
control, and organization of the van, van inventory, daily jobs, schedule, equipment, tools, and email communications.Adjust to changing service job capacity/volume based on region and overall demand.QualificationsExperience in customer service or administrative capacities.Minimum of 2 years of service experience or appliance service and repair.Strong command of effective communication and escalation resolution.Ability to make decisions that benefit the brand and the consumer experience.Good troubleshooting and communication skills with peers.CompensationThe salary range for this position is $59,000 to $75,000 annually. This range is a guideline and may not reflect your exact offer.
