Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, the company employs more than 31,000 dedicated team members committed to innovation, sustainability, and excellence.If you would like to learn more about this opportunity, feel free to reach out and apply today!Key Responsibilities:Lead and support infrastructure projects including Windows upgrades, cloud migrations, and system rolloutsAdminister and enhance Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and SCCM environmentsCollaborate on virtualization, server infrastructure, and network operations across multiple sitesServe as a technical escalation point for support teams and provide mentorship as neededTroubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues at scale (2,000+ devices, 3,000+ users)Assist in improving endpoint deployment, patching,
and device complianceContribute to automation and optimization initiatives across infrastructure servicesWork closely with the Security and Network teams to ensure alignment on projects and policiesSkills and Qualifications:3–6 years of experience in infrastructure, systems engineering, or a similar roleStrong knowledge of Microsoft environments: Windows Server, Intune, Azure, Active Directory, and SCCMExperience with virtualization platforms (VMware or Hyper-V)Comfortable with basic networking concepts and working with network teamsExperience in mid to large-scale environments (multi-site, distributed workforce)Self-starter, comfortable juggling priorities in a hybrid work modelExcellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skillsNice to Have:Exposure to automation tools or scripting (PowerShell preferred)Experience working in manufacturing or industrial sectorsFamiliarity with endpoint protection and device management best practicesBenefits:Annual bonus eligibilityCompany RRSP contributionHybrid work flexibility in a supportive, team-oriented cultureSalary:Up to $95,000 base#J-18808-Ljbffr
