Job Requirements

Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job Duties

- Supervise and coordinate activities of employees who prepare food orders in portion
- Evaluate the ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation
- Ensure food services meeting quality standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit cost reports
- Supervise and check delivery of food orders and tray assembly
- Schedule work shifts for employees
