and operational discipline.What You’ll Be DoingSupport implementation and ongoing improvement of Marcon’s HSEMS across multiple active construction projectsConduct site inspections, audits, and compliance reviews to support COR readiness and regulatory alignmentLead incident and near-miss investigations and support corrective action follow-throughProvide technical guidance and coaching to Site Safety Coordinators, project superintendents, and site teamsDeliver HSE training and promote awareness of evolving health and safety requirements and best practicesFacilitate pre-mobilization meetings and support trade partner alignment on safety expectationsBuild strong working relationships with project stakeholders, operational leaders, and regulatory authorities including WorkSafeBCSupport development and continuous improvement of HSE programs, procedures, and operational standardsWhat You BringMinimum 5 years of progressive experience in construction safetyCertificate or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related disciplineLevel 3 (Advanced) First Aid certificationCRSP or CHSC designation (or actively working toward designation)Strong knowledge of WorkSafeBC legislation, COR requirements, and construction safety best practicesExperience leading investigations, delivering training, and conducting risk assessmentsStrong communication, coaching, and stakeholder relationship skillsAbility to travel to project sites across the Lower MainlandWhat We OfferMarcon is committed to building an inclusive, respectful, and high-performing workplace where people can grow and do meaningful work.
