This position is responsible for leading and supervising a virtual insurance agency, ensuring full regulatory compliance across multiple provinces and territories, coaching a small team of licensed agents, and driving continuous improvement in distribution standards and agency performance.What you will be doingLead the design and ongoing improvement of national distribution standards for a suite of automobile damage insurance and ancillary protection productsSupervise, coach, mentor and train a small team of licensed general insurance agentsPerform quality assurance file reviews and monitor compliance with internal practices and provincial regulationsAct as the licensed nominee for the agency, serving as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries, complaints, and auditsPrepare supervision reports, document interventions, follow up on corrective actions, and enforce regulatory policiesAnalyze monitoring reports (daily/monthly), conduct internal controls, and implement process improvementsManage onboarding, training, continuing education, and licensing requirements for agentsCollaborate with internal compliance, operations, and partner teams to deliver exceptional client service while upholding high professional and ethical standardsWhat you must haveCIP (Chartered Insurance Professional)
