In this role, you’ll be a key driver in building a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance, and protecting the well-being of employees across the organization.The Role:As a Health & Safety Specialist, you will partner closely with leadership and frontline teams to develop, implement, and continuously improve health and safety programs. Key responsibilities include:Ensure compliance with all Occupational Health & Safety and environmental regulationsLead health & safety training programs and promote a culture of accountability and awarenessDevelop and implement injury prevention and safety initiativesInvestigate incidents and conduct root cause analysis; recommend corrective actionsMonitor, analyze, and report on safety KPIs (leading and lagging indicators)Track workplace injuries, trends, and claims data to identify improvement opportunitiesSupport WSIB programs, including return-to-work and safety excellence initiativesConduct risk assessments, physical demands analyses,
