Your contributions will be key to ensuring high availability, exceptional performance, and unwavering resilience across our infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesMaintaining and troubleshooting a production enterprise WAN/LAN infrastructureScheduling, coordinating, and executing upgrades and improvements to the WAN/LAN/WLANPartnering with the Systems Admin team to support the project work for the data centre environment, including VM Ware, Microsoft Windows, SAN, web servers, printing, backups, and scriptingResearching, recommending, implementing, and monitoring improvements to existing LAN/WAN architecture and network management systemsResolving escalated issues from the help deskDeveloping and supporting project plans and managing the processCompleting Installations and configurations of Microsoft Teams VOIP infrastructureConducting configuration of settings within contact centre, and administering the end-user settingsQualificationsPost-Secondary Education in Information Technology,
