You will play a critical role in supporting Dropbox’s quote-to-cash process, enabling seamless product configuration, pricing, and quoting. Partnering with Sales, Finance, and IT,
you will design and deliver scalable CPQ solutions that align with Dropbox’s long-term growth strategy. This role provides exposure to senior leadership, complex system design, and the opportunity to shape a foundational platform for Dropbox’s commerce operations.ResponsibilitiesSalesforce CPQ Development: Assist in design, develop, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business requirements and enhance the overall quote-to-cash processCustomization: Customize and enhance CPQ workflows to optimize the quoting process.Integration: Work closely with the ITS team to integrate CPQ systems with other business applicationsRequirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze CPQ requirements, translating them into technical solutionsTesting and Deployment: Perform thorough testing of CPQ solutions, manage deployments, and ensure the stability of the Salesforce environmentDocumentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and release notesSupport & Troubleshooting: Investigate, resolve, and prevent issues in the CPQ ecosystem, ensuring high availability and reliabilityRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, with 8+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development focused on CPQSalesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (or equivalent certification) requiredProven ability to customize Salesforce objects and platform features (configuration, triggers, Flows, Process Builder, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components)Successfully led and delivered at least 3+ end‑to‑end Salesforce CPQ implementationsStrong knowledge of integration techniques (Boomi, REST, SOAP APIs)Solid grasp of relational database design and data modelingExcellent interpersonal and collaboration skills,
with proven capability to manage multiple priorities and partner with product managersPreferred QualificationsSalesforce Developer Platform I or Admin certificationExperience mentoring or guiding junior developersBackground in object‑oriented programming beyond Salesforce (e.G., Java, C#, Python)Experience working in large‑scale, global Salesforce environmentsExperience mentoring team membersCompensationCanada Pay Range$130,100—$176,000 CADThe range listed above is the expected annual salary/OTE for this role, subject to change. Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox’s total rewards package.
