This role also reinforces our long‑term commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.What You’ll Be Accountable ForProduction Support: Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns, diagnose issues, and restore operations safely and efficiently.Technical Expertise: Serve as a maintenance subject‑matter expert, supporting teams with troubleshooting and repair solutions.Preventative Maintenance: Execute and improve corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance programs.Documentation & Reporting: Record maintenance work, parts usage, and service details accurately and on time.Equipment Reliability: Maintain machinery, utilities, and facilities to meet operations, safety, and quality standards.Project Support: Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and new projects from design through execution.Contractor Coordination: Oversee external contractors to ensure work meets safety, quality, timeline, and budget expectations.Continuous Improvement:
Identify and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, safety, and equipment performance.Workplace Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Compliance & Safety: Follow Quality Management System, Health & Safety, and ISO 14001 Environmental requirements.What You’ll BringCertified Industrial Millwright qualification with proven industrial experience3+ years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of industrial equipment including pumps, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, presses, and packaging systemsExperience with preventative and reliability‑focused maintenance practicesAbility to diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutionsComfort working with contractors and cross‑functional teamsLean manufacturing knowledge is an assetElectrician license is an assetA safety‑first mindset and strong attention to detailBenefitsWe’re offering competitive compensation in the range of $38.75 – $43.05 per hour, based on a 40‑hour work week. Pay will be determined based on factors including job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
