Reservations Agent - Part-Time

Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain is seeking a Reservations Agent who is enthusiastic about providing a thoughtful, professional, and hospitality focused booking experience for guests reserving services at our Spa.

What you will do

- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, maintaining a calm and welcoming tone.
- Create, modify, and cancel reservations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Guide guests through booking options to support informed and confident decisions.
- Protect guest privacy and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Respond to voicemail messages and emails in a timely and courteous manner.

What we require

- Previous experience in reservations, call center, or guest-facing roles is an asset.
- Flexibility to be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge / experience using Microsoft Office systems (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Ability to remain calm,



focused, and skilled in a fast-paced phone environment.
- Sales awareness and confidence in guiding guest decisions in a respectful manner.

Pay Rate

- $19.38 / hour + 4% vacation pay.
