• Manage a case load of 8 youth with regular meetings • Support youth in setting and reaching individualized goals • Complete necessary documentation and reports on time • Share resources for community support effectively • Teach essential self-efficacy skills
Requirements: • Degree or diploma in Human Services field • Relevant experience in case management • Current police and vulnerable sector checks • Valid Class 5 driver’s license required • Suicide Intervention Awareness Certification
