and aligned with client expectationsLead project and site meetings to resolve issues and coordinate stakeholdersOversee project documentation, reporting, and quality management processesMonitor project progress through schedules, financial tracking, and status reportingManage change management processes, payment certificates, and project documentationSupport business development efforts and the pursuit of current healthcare capital projectsWhat We're Looking ForExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience as a Project ManagerExperience representing owners or institutional clientsDemonstrated experience delivering healthcare or long‑term care capital projectsProject Types (Preferred)Hospitals or acute care facilitiesLong‑term care or senior living facilitiesInstitutional healthcare infrastructureComplex capital construction projectsEducationDegree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related disciplineTechnical SkillsStrong understanding of project management best practicesExperience managing multi‑stakeholder infrastructure or construction projectsProficiency with MS Project or scheduling toolsStrong reporting and documentation skillsCertificationsPMP designation considered a strong assetSupport is available for candidates pursuing PMP certificationSoft SkillsStrong client relationship management skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilityStrong organizational and leadership capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyCompensation & Work ModelBase Salary: $72,158 - $103,993 CADFinal compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and location.Extra benefits include:Annual bonus opportunitiesFlexible work environmentProfessional development and mentorship programsPaid volunteer dayComprehensive onboarding and training supportLocation & TravelLocation: British ColumbiaSome travel to project sites across the region may be required depending on project location.#J-18808-Ljbffr
