In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our distributors and customers, ensuring smooth and professional sales and order management experience.You’ll combine solid customer service skills with proactive sales support and technical knowledge — building relationships, addressing customer needs, and driving our Technical Sales team to success while supporting business growth.Main AccountabilitiesProvide knowledgeable, professional support to customersResolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiencyMaintain strong product knowledge to respond effectively to inquiriesAssess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutionsIssue return authorizations and credit memos as requiredCollaborate with other departments and support the technical sales team to drive business growthPerform additional duties as assigned by the Client Relations LeadWhat We’re Looking ForExperience: Previous experience in customer service or inside sales,
