Airline Hotels has a culture that inspires our RITE values; Respect, Integrity, Teamwork and Entrepreneurship.The Night Auditor is a highly focused, service oriented individual, responsible for assisting in successful operation of the hotel overnight.The Night Auditor is responsible for conducting a nightly audit, balancing and consolidating departmental ledger accounts, preparation of various hotel operating reports and taking over duties of a Guest Services Associate. They will make room reservations, provide information and services to guests and receive payment for services as well as specific night duties including the entering of accounting information and hotel security. In addition to their regular work duties, the Night Auditor must provide consistently high levels of customer service, going above and beyond to provide guests with exceptional experiences in a RITE way while contributing to effective operation of the Guest Services Department.Impact & Influence on Guests, Associates and BusinessConduct a nightly audit, balancing and consolidating departmental ledger accounts, preparation of various hotel operating reportsDevelops an awareness of local features, community events and services to facilitate guest service and communicationRespond in a courteous, professional and rapid manner to guest inquiries and act to resolve service recovery situations resulting from guest concernsAudits all charges and postings and correcting work as necessary including reconciling daily activity and closing all accounts in preparation for the current business dayProcess all payments, formatting and distributing daily reportsTaking reservations in accordance with hotel procedureCheck guests in and out of the hotel in an efficient, courteous and professional mannerProvide guests with luggage assistance. Correctly tag, store and retrieve luggage from holding roomArrange transportation for guestsCount and verify cash, shift activity, keys, gift certificates,



and wireless internet cards with departing shiftDocument, program and deliver wake-up callsRespond to telephone, e-mail, and in-person inquiries.
